This cozy ranch has been enjoyed and well loved for the past 39 years by 1 couple. It's now time to find a new owner to enjoying relaxing in the screened garage after a day of enjoy the sights and fresh air of New Hampshire. Local grocey, feed, dollar, and drug store are about 2 miles away, and stop for an ice cream on the way home! Perhaps a bit of fine dining tonight, Wolfeboro is about 20 minutes down rte 28, 35 minutes up rt 16 to North Conway and about 2 hours to Boston. A perfect little get away spot for a vacation home or with a little work you can make it your year round home and start living wher you love to vacation!
